Indorags provides a platform for purchasing custom-printed apparel and accessories.
All products are made-to-order after an order is placed.

- Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use our services.

- Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information (including your name, email, and shipping address). IndoRags is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

- Prohibited Use: You may not use our website for illegal or unauthorized purposes or violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

2. Orders and Payment

- Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to errors, stock limitations, or suspected fraud.

- Product Descriptions: We aim to display colors and details accurately but cannot guarantee exact color representation due to device differences.

- Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and may change without prior notice.

- Payment: Orders are charged at the time of purchase. All payments are processed securely through Shopify’s payment partners.

3. Shipping and Delivery

- Production Time: All products are custom-printed on demand. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before shipment.

- Shipping Method: We offer standard shipping only (no express shipping).

- Estimated Delivery Time (U.S.): Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days.
Please allow 5–12 business days total from order to delivery.

- Free Shipping: Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping.

- International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination. Customs fees or taxes may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.

- Separate Shipments: Orders with multiple items may ship separately from different fulfillment centers at no extra cost.

- Incorrect Address: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may require an additional reshipping fee.

4. Returns and Refunds

At IndoRags, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, because all products are custom-made, we follow Printify’s replacement policy.

- Eligible Issues: We offer free replacements or refunds for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Claims must be made within 30 days of delivery and include photo proof of the issue.
Email us at support@indorags.com with your order number and photos for review.

- Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

    • Wrong size, color, or change of mind

    • Used, washed, or worn items

    • Orders with incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

    • Refund Timeline: Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after confirmation.
      Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website-including text, images, logos, product designs, and graphics-is the property of IndoRags and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IndoRags and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.
