Since all our products are made to order, your purchase goes through two key stages: Production and Shipping.
1. Production & Fulfillment
- Made-to-Order: Every item is custom-printed after your order is placed.
- Processing Time: Most orders are fulfilled within 2–7 business days, depending on the product type and demand.
- Automatic Submission: Orders are automatically sent to production upon purchase to ensure quick fulfillment.
2. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping Method: We currently offer standard shipping only (no express shipping).
- Estimated Shipping Time (U.S.): Once shipped, deliveries typically arrive within 3–5 business days.
- Total Delivery Time: Please allow 5–12 business days from your order date for delivery.
- International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination. Customs duties, import taxes, or fees may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $50.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, or weather conditions.
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product type and quantity.
- Multiple items may ship separately from different fulfillment centers at no extra cost.
- Free shipping automatically applies to eligible orders over $50.
4. Tracking Orders
- You’ll receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships.
- Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after shipment.
5. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
We follow Printify’s replacement and refund policy to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@indorags.com within 30 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photo proof of the issue.
Once verified, we’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.
- Lost Packages:
If your package is lost in transit, contact us immediately so we can file a claim and issue a replacement.
- Wrong Size, Color, or Change of Mind:
Because all products are custom-printed on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind. Please review your order carefully before checkout.
- Incorrect Address:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses may require an additional reshipping fee.
