Refund policy

At IndoRags, customer satisfaction is our top priority.

Since every item is custom-made to order, we can only offer free replacements or refunds for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for orders placed in the wrong size, color, or due to a change of mind, as all products are printed on demand.

1. Return & Replacement Window

You have 30 days after delivery to report an issue with your order.
To be eligible, you must provide photo proof clearly showing the problem (e.g., misprint, damage, or incorrect item).

If the claim is approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you notice any of the following:

- The product is defective or damaged

- You received the wrong item

Contact us at support@indorags.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

Our team will review your claim and process a replacement or refund once verified.

3. Non-Returnable Situations

Because each product is custom-printed, the following situations are not eligible for return or refund:

- Ordering the wrong size, color, or variant

- Simply changing your mind after purchase

- Items that have been used, washed, or worn

- Orders with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

4. Exchanges

We do not support direct exchanges.
If your claim is approved for a replacement, it will be reprinted and shipped at no cost.
For all other cases, a new order will need to be placed.

5. Refunds

- Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

- Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

- If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at support@indorags.com.

6. EU Customers

For EU-based customers, a 14-day cooling-off period applies.
You may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery only if the item is unused and not custom-made.
Since Indorags products are custom-printed, this policy typically does not apply unless the item is defective or incorrect.
